Stock looks wrong
Stock can change at any time depending on the shop. Please call the shop before you go. If you spot wrong info, let us know with "Report a problem".
Can I pay or reserve in the app?
No. Needle doesn't handle payments or reservations. Please buy directly at the shop.
I can't find an album
If a search has no results, tap "Find this album" and we'll pass the request on to the shops.
How do I report wrong info?
On an album page, open a shop's stock, tap "Report a problem" and pick a reason. A note is optional. We'll check and fix it.
I run a record shop. I'd like to list it
You can apply right away at needle.vin/admin/signup. Listing is free. If you have questions, email capri@needlevin.com.
I want to delete my data
If you signed in, you can delete your account and collection right away in the app under MY → My account → Delete account. If you can't use the app, you can email us. For records from a device you used without signing in, please email us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do you use my location?
No. Needle doesn't collect your location and doesn't ask for location permission.
